Typical session consist of the following:
- 8 sessions held weekly or every two weeks.
- Online sessions for your convenience.
- In-person sessions available if you're based in Tzaneen, Limpopo.
- Standard session duration is 1 hour, with options for 45-minute or 1.5-hour sessions.
